The San Bernardino County, Public Works Department (County), is seeking Proposals from qualified and interested Proposers to provide Parking Lot Surface Treatment (“PLST”) services for a parking lot located at 777 E. Rialto Avenue, west of S. Lena Road, within the incorporated area of the City of San Bernardino; The project involves the overlay of approximately 130,000 square feet of parking lot to preserve and protect this publicly owned and operated facility for its intended use. Product materials, mixing, transporting, and application shall conform to all standards specified in the identified Greenbook, especially: a. 203-3.4.4 Rubberized Polymer Modified Emulsion (RPME) and related subsections b. 203-5.3 Mixing c. 203-5.4 Transporting d. 302-4 Slurry Seal Surfacing and related subsections.
