A. Inspection and Diagnosis: 1. Perform a comprehensive inspection of each scoreboard at designated recreation centers to establish a baseline and make a determination as to the maintenance frequency. 2. Diagnose issues with both hardware and software (if applicable) of the scoreboards. 3. Provide a written report detailing the condition of each scoreboard, including required repairs, replacement parts, or upgrades. B. Repairs and Maintenance: 1. Provide all necessary repairs to restore the scoreboards to full functionality, including electrical components, wiring, displays, controllers, and other associated parts. 2. Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent future issues, such as cleaning, calibrating, and updating software (if applicable). 3. Replacement of malfunctioning parts with equivalent or better quality materials or components. 4. Testing of repaired scoreboards to ensure proper operation following each repair. C. Parts and Materials: 1. The vendor will supply all necessary parts and materials required for the repair and maintenance of the scoreboards. 2. All replacement parts should be of high quality and compatible with the existing equipment. 3. Provide a warranty for all parts and labor provided, with a minimum of 90 days of coverage on repairs.
