The City of Pasadena Water and Pasadena Water and Power (PWP) is soliciting competitive bids for the supply and delivery of 1250 KCMIL Compact Copper, 35kV, 100% Insulation EPR, 1/6 Flat Strap, Triplex Underground Power Cable. This procurement is part of the Path Two Replacement Project, a critical infrastructure upgrade aimed at improving system reliability and ensuring longterm performance of PWP’s underground power network. The Path Two Replacement Project replaces aging underground power cables to reduce outages, improve safety, and enhance system resilience. The specified 1250 KCMIL Compact CU, 35kV Flat Strap Triplex Cable will be installed in underground conduit systems and must meet all industry standards and PWP specifications for quality, performance, and durability.
