SERVICE REQUIREMENTS 2.1 Vendor shall be an authorized dealership and shall perform manufacturer recalls, repairs, maintenance, and equipment services for City owned equipment including Dodge, Ram, Chrysler, and Jeep Vehicles offsite. 2.2 Vendor shall provide a live representative for phone answering services. Representative shall be available during normal business hours (8:00am to 5:00pm). 2.3 Vendor shall provide a single contact phone number for all City requests. 2.4 Pick up/Delivery requirements when available: Vendor shall pick up and deliver during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm). Pick-ups shall be made within 24 hours of City request. Vendor shall contact the City representative if there are any delays. Deliveries shall be made as soon as the products are available or when the service is completed. 2.5 2.6 Repair shall be completed within one week of receiving the vehicle. Vendor shall contact the City representative if there are any delays. 2.7 Vendor shall supply a written quote for each work request/project in lieu of Time & Materials. Quote shall be good for minimum 30 days. Quotes must be approved/authorized by City Staff from Fleet Management Division prior to any work being performed and shall be consistent with bid rates.
