4.1 The awarded proposer(s) shall provide new uniform items to all employees as required and determined by the Client Agency. 4.2 New employees must receive garments within two (2) weeks. All garments are to be brand new. 4.3 All garments must be repaired and/or replaced as requested by the Client Agency as part of the weekly charge per person at no additional costs to the Client Agency. Embroidery and patch fees will be charged as a separate line item on the invoice one time with the initial issue of garments. When garments need replacement as determined by the Client Agency, fees shall not be charged for embroidery and/or patch. 4.4 All alterations as requested by the Client Agency will be part of the weekly charge per person at no additional costs to the Client Agency. Alterations will be made with the comfort of the employee in mind. Excessive material in cuffs causing stiffness and/or wider than normal pants due to alterations is not acceptable. 4.5 All repairs, replacements and alterations will be handled via the Client Agency contact person and assigned account manager. Any replacement of items shall take no longer than two (2) weeks from Client Agency approval. 4.6 The awarded proposer(s) shall conduct on site fittings for uniforms as required by each Client Agency by location at no additional costs to the Client Agency. 4.7 Design, application and fabrication of Client Agency emblems and employee name identification must be included as part of the uniform rental program.
