1. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP), San Diego Area office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Integrated Pest Control Services, in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement: Contractor shall provide, possess, and maintain the following licenses throughout the contract period. 1) Structural Pest Control Operator License: The Contractor and agents of the Contractor performing work under the terms of this Agreement must possess and maintain a current State of California Structural Pest Control Operator license. 2) Qualified Applicator License: (Category A and Category B) The Contractor and/or at least one of the agents of the Contractor performing work under the terms of this Agreement must possess and maintain a current State of California Qualified Applicator License issued by the Structural Pest Control Board. 3) Branch 2 License: Contractor shall possess and maintain a Structural Pest Control Board, Branch 2 license. B. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E).
