Seeking qualified firms with expertise in data collection, stakeholder engagement, scoping, and criteria document development. Services will include analysis of University’s design objectives, project constraints, and performance metrics. Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure criteria documents reflect project goals, functional requirements, and experiential goals established in a project program. Services will also include but will not be limited to graphic development of proposed solutions, cost estimating, schedule development, and similar tasks. The selected firm will be required to engage campus stakeholders, develop plan scenarios, provide opinions of probable construction costs, and develop a comprehensive project program to be used to seek a qualified builder to complete the design and construction of the facility.
