Montana State University is seeking qualified contractors with expertise in software to provide a software solution for Capacity Planning and Resource Management. Interested contractors must have the capability and necessary knowledge relating to software development to support efforts under the direction of MSU – MilTech staff. MilTech is seeking responses to this RFP, and submissions are intended to provide content, experience, and knowledge for MilTech in determining awards for this contract. Proposals are requested for a software solution to be developed under the direction of MSUMilTech Leads that takes existing capacity planning, accounting, and project management tools to efficiently allocate time and effort reporting on a biweekly basis and forecast salary and benefit expenditures over the term of the project.
