Electrical Work o Replace “screw-type” fuses with new breakers o Isolate and label all circuits o Install GFCI outlets as needed o All base/roofing to extend app. 12” upwards on all adjoining walls, secured with termination strips o All electrical work to be performed by licensed electrician o Electrical work shall not commence without securing an electrical permit from City of Peekskill building department 3. Store Floor o Patch various areas of wood flooring o Install new carpeting, choice of color 4. Ceiling Repair o Repair and paint existing ceiling
