Designing for the following: Approximately 6,000 linear feet of 16-inch water line, 5,109 linear feet of 12-inch water line and 7,750 square yards of 8-inch concrete to replace a roadway section for the utility expansion as well as fire hydrants, fittings, valves, and sampling points. b. Preparing the construction bid package in conformance with applicable "U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration" requirements and supervising the bid advertisements, tabulation, and award process, including preparing the advertisement for bid solicitation, conducting the pre-bid meeting, bid opening, and issuing the notice to proceed. c. Conducting the preconstruction conference. d. Field staking, on-site supervision of construction and preparing inspection reports. e. Providing construction management and oversight. f. Reviewing and approving all contractor requests for payment and submitting approved requests to the Parish. g. Providing reproducible record drawings to the Parish upon project completion. h. Conducting final inspection and testing. i. Appendix "A" 44 C.F.R. PART 18- Certification regarding Lobbying should be signed, dated and submitted with this RFQ package. j. Maintain insurance coverage specified on the attached schedule of insurance as otherwise may be required by TPCG (see Insurance Schedule - Section 7).
