The City of Richmond is requesting proposals from firms interested in providing As-Needed Mechanical Building Maintenance Services for approximately 50 facilities throughout the City of Richmond including but not limited to the Civic Center Plaza Complex, Richmond Swim Center, Richmond Plunge, Fire Stations/Training Center, Community Centers, Libraries and more. The prime contractor responding to the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) shall be a registered Mechanical Building Maintenance Services Contractor in the State of California. Respondents may be union contractors, signatory to one or more local trade unions; however, this is not a requirement. The Mechanical Building Contractor must demonstrate a successful history, for a minimum of (5) years, in the San Francisco Bay Area, in the area of occupied office complexes. Additionally, the Mechanical Building Contractor should be able to show a demonstrated ability to manage numerous small projects simultaneously.
