The Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking professional consulting firms to prepare plans and specifications for general as needed for new architectural or structural improvements or renovations and repairs on existing facilities. Work may include new structures, building renovations, including but not limited to shelters, roofs, walls, flooring, windows building facade, site work, and related items. Selected consultants would need to obtain all required approvals and permits related to design work. Consultants will be picked from a general list on an as needed basis. City is seeking diverse and experienced consultants and project teams to meet or exceed MBE/WBE/VBE/XBE goals of the City of Indianapolis Virtual interviews to highlight proposed project teams and experience may be scheduled to assist in making final selections if needed.
