REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting proposals for construction services for the following project: Project Description:The Point of the Mountain State Land Agency (POMSLA) is in the process of redeveloping the old correctional facility site located in Draper, Utah. As part of this work a 3-million gallon culinary water storage tank will be constructed on the east side of I-15 adjacent to the existing Department of Corrections Administration Building. The work will include demolition of 2 existing concrete tanks, excavation of the tank site, metering vaults, apprentice waterlines 16” and 30” to feed and distribute water to The Point development. The work also includes inlet and outlet vault structures, metering vault structure, approximately 1,300 linear feet of 30” and 12” ductile iron piping, SCADA, yard piping and restoration of existing sidewalks, roadways etc. that will be disturbed during construction.
