Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Board is seeking proposals from qualified and eligible independent contractors for the management of Workforce Centers, including satellite offices, and the Child Care Tele-Center serving Bowie, Cass, Delta, Franklin, Hopkins, Lamar, Morris, Red River, and Titus counties. The management of Workforce Centers includes, but is not limited, to the provision of allowable services and activities under the following workforce programs: Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adults, Dislocated Worker, and Youth Rapid Response Activities Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) Wagner-Peyser Employment Services (ES): Wagner-Peyser Employment Services (ES) are provided by staff within workforce centers who are employed by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) Temporary Assistance to Needy Families/Choices (TANF/Choices) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Employment and Training (SNAP E&T) Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA)
