The scope of work for the selected consultant will include the following task : Task 1 – Replacement of Existing Systems The consultant shall provide materials and installation services for the replacement of the existing systems in the Operations Office, Rest Area Bathrooms, Maintenance Shop, and ABOP. Replacement monitoring systems shall be Honeywell Touchpoint Plus type with new Sensepoint XCD methane sensors. Task 2 – Routine Semi-Annual Maintenance and Calibration The contractor shall provide semi-annual maintenance and calibration services for Kiefer’s methane monitoring systems. These services shall be provided on a lump sum basis. All labor, equipment, and materials needed accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended shall be provided. The contractor’s pricing for Task 1 and Task 2 shall be submitted on the pricing proposal sheet in section 6. Task 3 – Non-Routine Repairs The contractor shall perform non-routine system repairs on a time and materials basis. Written repair estimates shall be provided to DWMR. Repairs will only be performed with DWMR’s written authorization in accordance with the contractor rate sheet. A rate sheet shall be uploaded to the vendor submissions section 8 of this RFP.
