Task 1 – Project Kick-Off and Site Evaluation: • Initiate the project with a kick-off meeting to establish project objectives, scope and expectations. • Prepare and send scope of services to at least three contractors to assist in the building evaluation, including making access into the building areas safe. Tasks will include removing hanging debris, creating access and pathways through debris for lift access. Building debris will remain on-site and not removed and disposed of as part of this task. Entrances will be secured at the end of the evaluation to help prevent trespassing.
