Work will include but not be limited to the weekly andbi-monthly maintenance of Village landscape areas including, Village buildings, parking lots, Right-of-Way's (ROWs), parks, planting beds, and individual planter pots. The contractor shallbe responsible forall services requiredhereintobeperformed, andshallprovide and furnish all labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment and supplies, vehicles and transportationservices required to perform andcomplete the landscape services indefined areas within the corporate limits oftheVillage of Fox Lake forthe duration ofthe contract. Such services shall be performed within the corporate limits of Fox Lake and any territory hereinafter annexed thereto, all in strict accordance with the contract. The contractor is responsible for any and all damage to any properties, which are a result of contractor's actions. The contractor shall repair or replace any and all property damaged due to contractor's work. All work shall be performed by experienced personnel directly employed by the contractor
