Scope of Services The DCP utilizes administrative consulting firms for a variety of tasks requiring expertise in: ● Identifying plan design options and reviewing industry trends and trends among governmental and non-governmental peers relative to evolving DCP products and services. ● Providing guidance on operational matters impacting the DCP, including issues involving recordkeeping services, efficient work processes and workflow, and cybersecurity. ● Providing guidance on legislative and regulatory matters to ensure the DCP is compliant with current law, aware of potential and upcoming regulatory changes, and otherwise meeting its fiduciary responsibilities. ● Assisting with developing and evaluating responses to requests for proposal for plan administrative services, including third-partyadministration, audit services, and any other non-investment related services for operating the DCP. ● Assistance with evaluating plan performance relative to participant outcomes for both its active and retired populations, as well as performance of its contracted participant service providers.
