1. Contractor to remove and dispose of all debris on the roof system 2. Contractor to properly remove and dispose of the existing single ply membrane and recover board 3. Contractor to remove and properly dispose of all abandoned penetrations, and replace any wet insulation to match the existing membrane height, including all necessary items required. Contractor to ensure a clean, properly sloped, even surface. 4. Contractor to install crickets between all internal drains, if necessary, contractor is responsible for proper drainage, ponding water is cause for rejection. 5. Contractor to install new ½” Primed DensDeck per manufactures wind up lift calculations: Zone #1- 12 fasteners, Zone #2 – 18 fasteners, Zone #3 – 24 fasteners 6. Fully Adhere KEE 60 mil FB membrane with KEE FB WB adhesive at 40-60 sq ft./gal per manufacturers specification, 7. Contractor to install membrane up and over any parapet wall. Parapets and walls above 3 feet tall a term bar and cover strip must be installed. 8. Contractor to install new metal coping cap system. 9. Properly flash all penetrations, curbs, etc. per manufacturers details and guidelines, contractor to install new edge metal and counter flashings if necessary 10. Contractor to ensure all internal drains are water tight, all bolts are present, and properly torqued
