1. UCL - Prepare and attest to unpaid liabilities for certified financials and other reports on a monthly basis with a 10-day turnaround. • Perform data mining analyses of claims data for cost, quantity, quality health care measures and trends. Provide review of city, state and national trends. • Independently compile a narrative on the monthly UCL deliverables to provide industry benchmark comparative analysis. • Ability to analyze claims data and market trends to make and present informed decisions and assumptions used in the completion of the UCL. 2. Medicare Bid - Prepare and attest Medicare Advantage Bid documents for submission to CMS, including leading the desk review and any Bid Audits. Assist with benefit summaries, projected membership, administrative cost assumptions and premium rate settings. Provide review of city, state and national trends. Provide analyses necessary for Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) for financial management reporting. 3. ACA Bids - Prepare and attest Individual Rate filings with supporting Actuarial Memorandums and SERFF exhibits. Assist with benefit summaries, projected membership, administrative cost assumptions and premium rate settings. Provide review of city, state and national trends. Provide analyses necessary for NY State Departments of Health (SDOH), Department of Financial Services (DFS), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), and Health and Human Services (HHS), for financial management reporting.
