Quarterly inspections shall be done in February, August, and November. Annual inspections shall be done in May. Five year Inspections shall be done in 2027 and 2032 in place of Annual inspections Facility has 15 buildings that require sprinkler inspection. See information in Attachment A at end of this contract. Vendor shall provide Facility Chief Engineer with a written report before leaving the facility after each inspection. Vendor shall enter reports in Compliance Engine after each inspection. If any deficiencies are found, Vendor shall immediately notify Chief Engineer verbally in addition to documenting the infraction or deficiencies in a written report. Vendor shall provide a separate labor and material cost to correct any infractions or deficiencies. Corrective actions and repairs may proceed only upon written approval of Chief Engineer. Vendor and its employees shall hold valid Fire Sprinkler Contractor Licenses through the Office of the Illinois State Fire Marshal. Vendor and its employees shall hold any other licenses or permits required to perform the work in this contract. A copy of license shall be provided if bid is awarded.
