In accordance with section 287.055, Florida Statutes, known as the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), the Gadsden County, Florida, Board of County Commissioners (the “County”) Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 2025-01 is seeking Proposals from qualifying consulting firms (the “Proposer”) to provide professional architectural and engineer services for the final design of a public safety facility that will house the Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office and prepare any modifications needed to the existing final design for an approximately 5,900 square foot Emergency Operations Center (EOC) to be constructed on County-owned property located at 264 Joe Adams Road. This project is known as the “Public Safety Complex”. The County is looking for one firm to complete both the architectural design and civil engineering for this project, i.e., an architectural firm submitting a response to this solicitation will engage an engineering firm and vice versa.
