The scope of work for this project includes the contractor to furnish, install and perform all work necessary to complete the Baxter Family Housing – Civil Construction project; The scope of work includes, but not limited to, all demolition, civil & site development, deep utilities and service lines, concrete, hardscape, asphalt paving, road closures & associated permits, etc. in preparation for the proceeding building construction under separate contract. Concrete work scope ends at back of sidewalk on south side of parking. This scope of work shall not interfere with or delay the building construction work which is anticipated to start in June. The selected contractor will need to interface and work with the selected building contractor on sequencing certain tests.
