The selected contractor shall provide employee benefits consulting and brokerage services for the City. The services shall be performed in a prompt and professional manner in accordance with the standards of the profession. Doraville’s goal is to select the Offeror who will be the most effective and proactive partner to solicit, evaluate, and identify high value insurance proposals and comprehensive services for each benefit offered to the City’s employees, included but not limited to: • Health/Medical Plans with Prescription Drugs • Dental Plans • Vision Plan • Optional Life Insurance • City-Paid Term Life insurance with AD&D • City-Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability • Health and Dependent Care FSAs • COBRA Administration • Wellness Program • HIPAA Compliance • Actuary Service (Optional)
