The purpose of this solicitation is to provide sufficient information for qualified submitters to prepare and submit proposals to supply 1,810 Chromebooks to SMMUSD schools for Grades TK-12, in accordance with the specified scope of service: a) Each Chromebook must include HP Care Pack (3) three-year Pickup and Return Hardware Support with Accidental Damage Protection for G11 notebooks with White Glove Service required. b) Chromebooks will be delivered in partial quantities to designated schools/sites, as specified by the Project Manager. c) Delivery is to occur within the first week of June before schools close for summer. d) All Chromebooks must be in working order and meet District standards.
