1. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) Residential Lead Paint Abatement and Painting services as described herein: License Required: CDPH LRC-Certification & C-33 Painting License; or CDPH LRC-Certification& General B License Provide all labor, tools and materials to abate lead paint, prep siding, prime and paint approximately 2,390 square feet of exterior single-family home, garage and storage shed located at Van Damme State Park. Contractor is responsible for exact measurements. Loose and flaky method of removal shall be used. Work includes cleaning, scraping, lead paint containment, siding repairs with putty or caulking. All work to conform to lead paint abatement laws, regulations, safety protocols, procedures and CALOSHA requirements. State Park Representative shall be supplied with chain of custody documents from the registered hazardous materials disposal site. Approved lead encapsulating primer shall be applied.
