System must operate using a secure, cloud-based system, allowing for remote access to the system by authorized users. System must have a minimum storage capacity of 1400 trackable key tag with lockable/secure drawers and be capable of alerting users to the exact location (drawer, slot) of specific keys (such as through illumination of location). System must be able to fit in a 72” height x 63” width x 32” depth space. System must have a 4k video security camera with time stamp capability for capturing users accessing the system and removing/returning keys. System must have a minimum 20” touchscreen interface for processing key transactions by users. System must be capable of limiting access to specific users, tracking key assignments, and tracking when keys are removed/returned. System must be capable of searching vehicles by multiple queries, to include vehicle year, make, model, VIN# and license plate. System must include a label printing system for creating unique labels for identifying and tracking of keys and vehicles. Contractor shall providing maintenance, 24/7 support and system updates throughout the life of the contract. Contractor shall be responsible for delivery, installation and necessary testing of the system. Contractor shall provide user training after the system is installed.
