It is the intent of these specifications to describe the minimum requirements for a Used or New Pre Build 75 ft. or greater ladder/straight stick with a single axle encompassing E-One, Pierce, or Sutphen aerial apparatus models. The bidder may provide one or more units, used and/or new based on their inventory capacity. The aerial apparatus described shall meet the minimum requirements that follow. The bidder shall present features, which are regularly furnished as standards with this unit. The aerial apparatus shall conform in strength, quality of material and workmanship to that provided by the best manufacturing and engineering practices of the industry and the latest model available that meets these specifications. It is required that the unit, as specified herein, shall be completely assembled, serviced, and ready for operation. The following specifications for the Aerial Apparatus must meet NFPA 1901 standards.
