Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Flooring Replacement 1. R6-59, R6-60, R6-62, R6-71, and R6-72 a. Contractor shall remove and waste all flooring in existing SOH. b. Floors shall be properly prepped per manufacturers requirements for new flooring. c. New flooring throughout SOH including closets, pantries, etc. shall be Engineered Luxury Vinyl Plank, Mission Collection, Cortona Plus Collection, 6.5MM or ¼” thickness with 20MIL Vinyl Top, 7 inch wide x 60 inch long or approved equal. Provide proposed color selection to Hatchery Manager. d. Install new 1x4 white PVC baseboard in the wet locations and 1x4 primed pine baseboard in all other locations. B. Interior Painting 1. R6-59, R6-60, R6-62, R6-71, and R6-72 a. All gypsum board walls, ceilings including closets, pantries and baseboard shall be painted. b. Prior to painting, thoroughly clean all surfaces and repair all minor defects in gypsum board. c. The paint system shall consist of 2 coats of paint with a dry film thickness of 8 mils minimum and 10 mils maximum. d. The paint shall be Resilience, Premium Acrylic Latex Paint by Sherwin-Williams or approved equal. Color shall be Sherwin-Williams Snowbound SW 7004 or similar. Provide proposed color selection to Hatchery Manager.
