The consultant selected through this RFQ may be invited to provide a proposal for services including, but not limited to the following: Preliminary design, including field investigation, utility coordination, and technical memoranda to assist in material selection Survey work, including utility locates and soft digs, as necessary Subsurface investigation and geotechnical reports Preliminary design alternatives and associated cost estimates Design of cathodic protection systems Design of repairs and improvements of transmission mains and associated structures, including 30%, 60%, 90% and 100% design, including design drawings, technical specifications, construction cost estimate, kick-off and design meetings, QA/QC review, and permitting Bidding services, including document distribution, pre-bid conference, recommendation of award, and conformed construction documents Construction services including, but not limited to, submittal review, request for information, inspections, meetings, and project close-out
