To provide inspection, evaluations, repairs, maintenance, installation services for fencing, handrails, and guardrails for the various City and County of Honolulu facilities. All offers shall include all applicable materials, labor, equipment, bonding, fees, and taxes. These services are non-mandatory for City agencies and to be utilized on an asneeded basis. The City's Officer-In-Charge (O-I-C) shall be determined prior to the issuance of the Delivery Order (DO). The CITY intends to use this agreement for the following services: Inspection, evaluation, and reporting for fencing and guardrails. Perform work for: • Demolition, removal and disposal of existing structures and materials related to work. • Work to be performed: Preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance and repairs. Installation of all types of structural and non-structural units for commercial and industrial construction interior and exterior to include but not limited to the following: Concrete Pads Baseball Dugouts Ornamental Gates Chain-link fencing Make fencing repairs to existing City fences, customization to the fence or gate. Installation of Bollards. Add additional footings, or post. Install fencing, backstops, and fenced enclosures. Cantilever gates. Folding gates. Guard rails and hand rails. Fencing and gates. Window shutter and grills. Roll up shades. Non-structural signs. Railings. Traffic safety devices.
