The awarded Proposer shall provide a Building Asset Management (BAM) system and all related services, including licensing, data migration, configuration, implementation, training, maintenance requests for end customers, work order issuance and tracking, inventory control and other related maintenance services in accordance with the requirements detailed in this RFP. The BAM platform solution shall be preconfigured for building facilities portfolio management and be optimized for mobile applications so that field maintenance technicians can perform work in an efficient and accurate manner. Additionally, the BAM solution must be configurable with templates but not based on custom built solutions. The winning Proposer’s BAM must be able to communicate unidirectionally or bidirectionally with RED’s existing Microsoft 365 suite, and it must be a cloud-based solution.
