1. Partners should contribute a minimum of $100,000 per year for 5 years. 2. My Ride does not offer public advertising. Typical advertising space such as what is available on buses, in buses, and on shelters are reserved for the City and Partners’ use. 3. Partnership benefits: a. Partnership Exposure i. Acknowledgment of the Partner’s support of the Transit Services in the form of the display of the Partner’s name and/or logo on the exterior of certain vehicles that travel on the public transit routes. The size and configuration of such displays are to be subject both to (i) the Partner’s reasonable approval prior to utilization and (ii) the City’s reasonable agreement. An example of this display is shown in Attachment E. ii. Additional brand exposure through collaborative events. The utilization, at the City’s reasonable discretion, of up to an aggregate of fifteen (15) percent of the total exposure opportunities available in conjunction with the Transit Service, including, but not limited to, (i) videos and on-board info-tainment screens, and (ii) maps and brochures. Within reason, the City will work in good faith with the Partner to attempt to allocate the Partner’s percentage of exposure opportunities among all such mediums to the Partner’s specifications, but the City will make any final decisions concerning such issues. b. Online/Social Media Exposure i. Featured on My Ride website as a Partner. ii. Receive specific recognition in My Ride social media posts, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. c. Reinforcing the Partner’s contribution and commitment to the Rock Hill community.
