Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replacement – Virginia & Jardot to Stillwater 69 Replace three 80’ Class 1 dead-end wood poles with steel. Replace forty-five 80’ Class 1 tangent wood poles with steel. Reconductor 2.75 miles from 636 AAC to 795 ACSR. Install OPGW and splice box at both ends (splicing by others). Replace all hardware and install new crossarms where present. Transfer all attachments to new structures. Demolition Scope Virginia – Perkins to Jardot Install new down guys at both ends. Remove 1 mile of 636 AAC conductor, shield wire, and associated hardware. Top 18 poles 2 feet above the crossarm and install split bolts. Lakeview – Husband to Perkins Install new down guy at the east end. Remove 0.45 miles of 636 AAC conductor, shield wire, and associated hardware. Top 7 poles 2 feet above the crossarm and install split bolts.
