The project consists of a new building addition (approximately 1,250 sf) with offices, conference room and staff area; renovation of existing restrooms and back of house space (approximately 1,000 sf); and a new outdoor patio space (approximately 3,500 sf). Project work includes but not limited to: site demo, grading, utility work, street work including new raised crosswalk, concrete site work, softscape / landscape, associated work for new patio, vertical metal trellises, site electrical, exterior lighting, new foundation / slab on grade, framing / drywall, interior finishes, toilet partitions, ceiling tiles / grid, HVAC work, plumbing, electrical and lighting, new fire alarm system, fire sprinklers, signage, doors / frames, glazing, exterior cement plaster, roof, and flashing
