Scope of Services Manchester Public Schools (MPS) is soliciting proposals for the production and publication of the annual high school yearbook from companies who have been in the yearbook business for at least five (5) years. Deliverables The following are the components of the yearbook publication expected to be addressed in the proposal. In addition, at least two (2) sample yearbooks are requested. Yearbook Specifications ● 8 ½ x 11 trim size ● All color ink ● School designed custom end sheet ● Custom designed cover ● Approximately 200 pages ● Approximately 250 pages Provide pricing based on quantity Provide pricing for a digital version of the yearbook, if offered If purchasers can individualize two (2) to four (4) pages of their copy of the yearbook, please provide an additional charge amount, if applicable. School Coordination and Support ● Provide on-site training and support for the yearbook advisor, teaching staff, and students throughout all phases of the yearbook production. ● Provide ongoing communication with the yearbook advisor. ● Coordinate with the MHS contracted photographer. ● Provide a hard copy sample of the proposed yearbook for review prior to the publication. Marketing ● Provide online direct marketing to parents throughout the year utilizing mailing lists provided by MHS. ● Provide a secure online purchasing platform to order yearbooks and parent ads that includes payment option plans. ● Provide a “Last Chance” postcard to parents to order parent ads and/or yearbooks.
