The contractor shall provide all services necessary for the creation, preparation, and placement of advertisements and other promotional and image building activities for the Department of Agriculture, Missouri State Fair. 2.1.2 The contractor’s marketing/advertising services (herein referred to as “advertising services”) shall include the development and implementation of a written, detailed strategic marketing/advertising plan for the state agency that includes a long-range goal(s), objectives, tactics, and timelines for the following: a. Advertising; a. Special events marketing; b. Media placement; c. Digital marketing; d. Promotions; e. Direct marketing; f. Fulfillment services; g. Social media; and h. Any other area deemed appropriate by the state agency.
