The selected vendor must: ● Provide on-site, in-person tutoring with an emphasis on math and reading academic content after school hours at each facility, Monday–Friday, based on the school calendar. The schedule should be flexible to meet the needs of staff and students. ● Maintain regular contact with classroom teachers through face-to-face meetings, emails, and phone conversations. ● Use evidence-based instructional strategies and provide software, materials, and measurement tools to track student progress. ● Supply supplemental resources (e.g., reading materials, workbooks) as needed. ● Submit bi-weekly/monthly sign-in sheets and time logs for services provided, along with invoices for payment. ● Provide pre- and post-assessment data to demonstrate academic progress. ● Ensure that all tutors are proficient with technology and educational software. ● Require all tutors to undergo an annual security background check as defined by the Lowndes County Schools Human Resources Department (cost to be covered by the vendor). ● Provide references and recommendations from schools or facilities where tutoring services were previously offered. ● List the names and credentials of the specific tutors who will provide the tutoring services.
