The installation of approximately 985 lineal feet of twelve (12) inch water main along W. Washington Street between S. Vine Street and S. Elmwood Avenue and 568 lineal feet of twelve (12) inch water main along West Liberty Street (S.R.18) between N. Court Street and N. Elmwood Avenue. In addition, the base bid includes the transfer of seven (7) 3/4 inch water services from existing four (4) inch water main to the existing eight (8) inch water main that runs along S. Elmwood Avenue between Lafayette Road and W. Smith Road. 1. Maintenance of Traffic. 2. The removal and replacement of portions of existing curb, sidewalk and curb ramps. 3. Abandonment of existing water main with low strength mortar (LSM). 4. The installation of twelve (12), eight (8), six (6), and four (4) inch water main and appurtenances.
