Minimum specifications: Six (6) sack (94 Lbs. Per sack) per cubic yard of air entrained concrete. The maximum size of aggregate shall not exceed one (1) inch. The maximum slump not to exceed three (3) inches. Concrete is to be delivered to job sites within city limits, upon verbal request, in the amount of one (1) cu. yd. to seven (7) cu yds. per load. Loads will be ordered as needed by the city. Orders to be delivered within four (4) hours after ordering. If Vendor is unable to deliver within the said four (4) hours, the order will be directed to a different vendor. Bids are to be standing bids. In effect from signing of the contract through June 30, 2026. Bid pricing to extend to any and all City of Miami departments, City of Miami Department of Public Utilities and City of Miami Special Utility Authority (Solid Waste Removal Facility).
