In general, the project includes stabilization of existing concrete walls and foundations with Helical Piles. The project also includes the removal and replacement of concrete slabs to facilitate the work, removal and replacement of cracked concrete slabs, repointing and painting of cracked masonry, removal and replacement of floor finishes and other work noted in the construction documents. The requirements for construction of the Project, and the duties and responsibilities of the contractor whose Proposal is accepted (“Successful Contractor”), are set forth in the Contract Documents which include the Instructions to Proposers; the Contract for Construction and Incorporated General Conditions (the “Contract”); any supplementary and other conditions; the drawings; the specifications; and any addenda issued by the Architect.
