Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Remove and replace 15 unit ventilators that are unserviceable at the Freshman Academy. Remove the existing unit and dispose of it. Install the new unit with up to 6 feet of piping and install two new manual isolation valves at each unit location. 2. Demo the existing ceiling and soffit as necessary to install the new unit. Repair any existing ceiling tile. Repair patch and paint all sheetrock surfaces as necessary to restore to same or like conditions. .3. Provide new actuators with units so as to provide all damper control automatically. 4. Replace actuators on 14 unit ventilators. Both face and bypass damper and outair damper will need new actuators. 5. Provide control and integration to existing KMC thermostat to be completed by Harrison Energy Partners. 6. Provide new heat pump DOAS unit by Daikin for the area indicated on the plan. Remove, replace, and dispose of existing DOAS unit. 7. Provide full integration of the DOAS operation. Controls need to be completed by Harrison Energy Partners. 8. Provide curb adapter as directed to adapt to existing curb.
