• A telemetry system with data logging capabilities compatible with the existing network without replacing the existing pressure transducers or cables. • Provide for converting 65 continuous and discrete water level sites to cellular telemetry in FY25 with up to an additional 60 units in FY26-28. • Easily deployed in most wells without the use of additional proprietary hardware. • Must fit within two-inch monitoring wells and be no longer than 20 inches or over 2.5 lbs. • The whole telemetry system must be contained inside the well, excluding the discrete antenna. • Batteries must be readily available Li-MnO2 alkaline D batteries, with the option to utilize Li-MnO2 as needed. • Batteries must be easily replaceable in the field. • No need for the use of desiccant. • Needs to have internal GPS capabilities (accuracy of 5m or better) • Data must be able to transmit to HTTPS and FTP site formats. • Capable of sending SMS message alarms to warn of data or instrument-related events. • Utilize multiple cellular networks, including allowing the use of LTE-M. • Include essential telemetry services (1 daily transmission with up to 24 data points). • Compatible with In-Situ brand rugged twist lock cables already deployed in wells. • Files must be in CSV or HTML format. • Be capable of remote setup/configuration.
