2.1 GENERAL PROJECT OVERVIEW AND REQUIREMENTS The contractor shall deliver the solution for all phases for an enterprise tracking tool software solution and its various modular components. This implementation will occur over three (3) phases in which each phase must meet a list of system requirements. (See Appendix A – High-level Requirements and Appendix B – Detail-level Requirements). Phase Description Tasks Phase Completion Date 1 Develop and deploy minimum viable product All requirements in Iteration 1 Within 60 days from project kick-off 2 Develop and deploy minimum viable product All requirements in Iteration 2 Within 120 days from project kick-off 3 Develop and deploy minimum viable product All requirements in Iteration 3 Within 180 days from project kick-off This document will describe the work to be performed for all three phases to deliver a working product to County business groups with all the required configuration of the chosen software solution for business processes, technical support, reports, training services and professional services required to meet the requirements specified in in all Attachments and Appendices to this Statement of Work. 2.1.1 INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS AND APPENDICES County Information Technology Requirements Attachment 1, 2, and 3 to this Exhibit A Statement of Work are incorporated into this agreement. Appendices A and B (see Appendix List) are also incorporated into this Exhibit A Statement of Work. 2.2 SOFTWARE The CAO Strategic Forecast/Referral System must be developed and implemented with the Outsystems commercial software (on-premise). The most current version of these products will be used for the production Outsystems system unless otherwise specified by the County. The software versions shall meet all the requirements of the Chief Administrative Office specified within this Statement of Work and all other Attachments and Appendices that are incorporated herein, and accepted by the County of San Diego Release Committee as defined in the agreement.
