The Work to be done under this Contract consists of the following Work located along the Umpqua Highway (OR38) between MP 37.2 and MP 37.5 (Hancock Mtn. near Elkton) in Douglas County, OR. The Work includes, but is not limited to, supplying the materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals to perform the following: 1) Provide temporary work zone traffic control. 2) Complete Cold Plane Pavement Removal of asphalt concrete surface, furnish and place Emulsified Asphalt Tack Coat, and furnish and place Level 3, ½” Fiber Reinforced Asphalt Concrete Pavement (FRACP) Mixture (PG 64-22) at the following locations and as directed: Location Length Width Depth; EB: MP 37.2 - MP 37.5 1340’ Varies (26’ – 16’) 2.5”; The limits of the work areas will be marked on site. See RD610 for additional information. 3) Complete 5.5” deep Asphalt Concrete Pavement Repairs. 4) Perform additional and incidental work as noted in the Contract plans and specifications and as directed.
