Anderson School District 3 is seeking proposals for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of a Bogen Nyquist E7000 IP-based paging and intercom system (or an approved equivalent). The project will involve the removal of the existing analog intercom systems at Iva Elementary and Flat Rock Elementary and the full deployment of a modern, district-compatible communication solution. Note that the schools do not have IP speakers for this project and existing cabling may or may not be adequate for a retrofit. Supply and install all required hardware, software, and components, including but not limited to: 1. Bogen Nyquist E7000 intercom system (or equivalent); 2. IP-based paging components; 3. Analog station bridges for legacy speaker and cabling integration; 4. All vendors are responsible for adhering to all wiring labeling and testing standards as outlined in the Specifications Section; 5. Administrative control consoles and software; 6. Power over Ethernet (PoE) switches, where applicable; 7. and employ state of the art IP Technology including the minimum functions listed: a. Intercom call between staff locations and classrooms with Unlimited Station capacity; b. Interactive Facility Maps; c. User customizable Announcements with priority; d. Text-to-Speech Announcements; e. Emergency Classroom Check-In can be used to enhance campus security; f. Emergency or Normal Announcements are capable of being recorded and activated by a speed dial on an administrative console, DTMF, wireless panic button, mobile app, web browser or external IP networked system using HTTPS URL-based Application Programming Interface (API); g. Internal clock is synchronized with NTP network time server whether on the LAN, WAN or Internet keeping the Scheduled events (Bells) and Announcements accurate within milliseconds; h. Audio distribution allow for scheduled or manually activated audio to be activated from the Admin Web UI, contact closure, Admin phone and/or by use of Routines; i. Schedules; j. Time, Paging, and Audio Zones; k. Page Stacking/Queueing
