Specifications include, but are not limited to: o Carpentry Package 이Casework/Countertops Fire-Protection Cabinets Division 10 Accessories (FRP, Wall Protection, Corner Guards, etc.,) Plumbing & HVAC We would like to group these two together if possible. All existing plumbing and duct work has already been demoed (exception below). Plumbing contractor will be responsible for saw cutting for drain tie-in as well as replenishing demoed concrete. HVAC will also be responsible for demoing the 4 existing trunk-lines that are currently tied into the active system. o Electrical & Low Voltage All electrical demo is complete. Any additional demo needed will be performed by InHouse Construction. o Flooring and Base - ALL o Painting - ALL This package will need to include Level 4 finish of drywall in all occupied spaces (soffits and bulkheads included) from the floor to 6" above ceiling. Fire-Taping above ceiling will be managed by the In-House Construction team. o Fire-Proofing There are misc. patches and several beams that will need fireproofing.
