Generaltechnical assistance willinvolve the many stages of the Consolidated Planning process, including assisting with NEPA Environmental reviews and implementing CDBG Entitlement, Community Development Block Grant CARES Act (CDBG-CV), HOME Entitlement, and HOME-ARP funding. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following items: 1. Work with staff over the year, sending reminders for large task items during the Consolidated Plan year. 2. Assist staff with Public Service, Housing, Public Facilities and Capital Improvement Activities for CDBG a. Assist with the completing NEPA environmental reviews, reconciliation of expenditures and draws, and provide general technical assistance to staff 3.
