Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work consists of landscape maintenance of approximately 4 Acres within the Highland Meadow Cemetery and approximately 17 Acres within the Belmont Cemetery, owned by The Town of Belmont. All work will need to be coordinated every week to ensure it does not interfere with funeral or memorial services. ► Grass cutting operations to begin the week of June 1, 2025. One biweekly (every other week) cut, same day each week, beginning on the first week of June and ending the last week of October (eleven [11] cuts). • The Director of Public Works may adjust (add/subtract) cutting operations at any given time for any given reason. • The grass height at the Highland Meadow Cemetery is to be no shorter that 5.5 inches in height ► Trim all grass edges at each mowing, including headstones, and flat markers. Trimming shall be done with line trimmers. Trimming shall be completed concurrently with the cutting schedule.
