The Department is seeking a comprehensive and user-friendly CRPSS. All necessary labor, materials, and equipment for providing a full system, including implementing, building, maintaining, evaluating, training, and tracking the success of the CRPSS is required. The CRPSS should include as many of the following elements as possible . The CRPSS must: A. Be easily customizable to the Department’s needs. B. Be a web-based system that integrates with the existing Department website, with data stored on private servers, which are maintained by the Contractor off site with the ability to back up all data collected by the County and hold it for County use, when needed. C. Work with both desktop and mobile devices. D. Be kept current as part of the annual service fee, with all upgrades and customer support from the Contractor to the satisfaction of the County and Department. E. Be PCI-DSS compliant and user-friendly for customers and Department staff. F. Allow users to log on and create individual accounts. G. Save pertinent information (e.g., past reservations or credit card information as defined by PCIDSS), with no PCI data present at any time on County networks or devices. H. Have the ability to customize alerts, notifications or service changes. I. Have the ability to sell annual passes and store non-payment data (e.g., name, address, email, etc.), previously entered in the POS system, for export and use in analysis of customer use patterns. J. Allow for the public and staff to make changes once a reservation has been made. K. Accept donations. L. Allow the public to choose a point of contact (i.e., phone, email, or text). M. Have the capability to close sites and/or reservable facilities as well as send out alerts, closures, planned events, and/or other activities that could affect reservations and/or operations. N. Allow Department staff to acquire or generate reports for no additional costs. O. Provide approximately sixty (60) unique users to the system and approximately thirty (30) users to log in simultaneously.
